What is ScreenHub?
ScreenHub is a cloud-based digital signage platform that turns Android TVs, smart displays and computer-driven monitors into remotely managed digital signs. You upload and schedule content in a web dashboard and publish it to all your screens in seconds. ScreenHub is developed by Piyanos in Istanbul and at Düzce Technopark, Türkiye.
Which devices does it work with?
On Android TV and Google TV devices running Android 7.0 or later (Android-based smart TVs, Android TV boxes, Chromecast with Google TV) it runs as the ScreenHub Player app from Google Play. On Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) smart displays, Windows, Mac or Linux computers, Raspberry Pi and tablets there is nothing to install: open screen-app.piyanos.com/player in the browser. The web player cannot take screenshots; every other feature works the same in both players.
How does the free trial work?
A 14-day Pro trial starts the moment you sign up: every feature on up to 3 screens, no credit card required. If you don't pick a plan when it ends, your account moves to the 1-screen Free plan.
How is pricing calculated?
You pay per screen: Starter is $8, Pro $12 and Enterprise $16 per screen per month. Pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10. For example, a 5-screen Pro subscription is $60 a month or $600 a year. Prices exclude VAT.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Images and videos are saved on the device (in the browser cache, for the web player) and played locally, so playback continues uninterrupted, even if the screen restarts meanwhile. When the connection is back the screen resyncs the latest playlist automatically. Web pages and live widgets (weather, exchange rates) need a connection for fresh data.
What kind of content can I show?
JPG, PNG and WebP images; MP4 and WebM videos; GIF animations; any web page; and ready-made widgets (clock, weather, exchange rates, digital menu). Landscape and portrait screens are both supported.
How do I monitor my screens remotely?
The dashboard shows every screen's online status and last-seen time in real time, plus storage and memory for the Android TV app. On Android TV, take a remote screenshot to see what is actually on screen; refresh or restart any screen remotely.
I run advertising screens. Can I get proof of play?
Yes. Playback reports record which content played on which screen, when and for how long, so you can show advertisers their ads ran (Starter plan and above).
Can I change plans or add screens?

Is my data secure?
All traffic between the dashboard, the API and your screens is encrypted over HTTPS. Each organization's devices, content and users are fully isolated from others, and sessions are protected with short-lived access tokens.
